I've been searching for just the right used motorcycle for a while at a reasonable price and I found close to what I wanted at Fuel Powersports. There were a couple additional accessories that I was looking for on the motorcycle which they found for me and are installing at a very reasonable price. The entire staff were just great to work with. I would not hesitate for a minute to return for future purchases.

Just bought my new 2015 Yamaha FZ-09 from these guys, but it was the treatment I received leading up to my eventual purchase that really set them apart from other dealerships. Most dealerships want to figure out all the numbers before actually offering a test ride. Well, not so at Fuel Powersports! Their theory is most definitely, "let's find the bike that makes you happy, and then worry about the financing". That included a generous 10 mile test ride with Fuel's rep Joey on two separate occasions on two separate motorcycles, before finally realizing the FZ was for me. Not to mention, an extremely generous value given my trade on top of the already great price of the new FZ I purchased. I could not be any happier!!!

I stopped in today with a new to me 1998 Yamaha Royal Star Tour Deluxe to find out about adjusting the rear suspension. It requires a special tool. I went to service and spoke to Jaron Domnitz. Explained what I wanted and he got me in right away. Not only did he and Paul the tech quickly adjust the suspension for me, but they gave me some great maintenance suggestions. They were polite and helpful. I will definitely be back for future service. My whole family rides as do many of my friends. I will make sure to spread the word of the great treatment I received. So many time people a quick to complain but few speak up when they get excellent service.Thank you,

Stopped in to have them look at a trade for me, explained my situation to AL and wanted to "down grade" from where I was. AL worked an amazing deal for me to help me out with the situation I presented to him. Helped me out A TON, I told him a few times before leaving the dealership that the customer service is what won me over and why I continued with the deal. Well the wait was worth my lack of patience. Picked up my 2012 Kymco Yager GT200I today. All went without a hitch. Thanks to Brandon Becker in sales , I will remember you , Fuel Powersports and if the urge for another or new wheels arises. Bike exactly as described, a great deal and went off without any frustration. Thanks to Austin and the gentlemen who helped us load and secure the bike for our ride home. They loaded it and secured the bike in minutes and it would have taken me a considerable longer time and I would have been uneasy the whole ride back. Bike arrived home in the new shape we picked it up in. I am very pleased with the value and service they provided. A couple of years back I purchased 2 Yamaha EF2000is generators from you. I chose Yamaha based on research for the best product. I chose to purchase them from Fuel Powersports based on price, in-stock availability and no nonsence sales people both over the phone and at the store. They also knew the product well. I needed the generators ready to go due to an extended storm outage and Fuel Powersports came through. I use these generators infrequently. A year later one would not start. Two days later Fuel Powersports had it back in working order. Recently one of my generators refused to start again. This time it was a one day turn around for repair of a defective computer board. All repairs were warrantied. Both generators easily start with 1 or 1 1/2 pulls on the stating cord. These folks seem to know their business, products and treat customers fairly and honestly with a price to match. Good service, product knowledge and no nonsence customer treatment play major roles for me in my purchases. Fuel Powersports gets my endorsement.

I just purchased a 2014 Polaris sportsman 800. I was very pleased with everything Brandon from sales and Brandon from parts done for me making it an enjoyable experience. And a couple accessories they didn't have in stock they are shipping them to my house with free shipping since I lived 90 minutes away. I will definitely purchase my next toy from there. It's worth the drive.

Being less impulsive than I was in my younger days I spent over a year deciding exactly what I thought would be the best bike for me. I also talked to a lot of dealers, and rode a number of bikes. You had a bike I thought would work, but so did a number of other dealers. However, Brian was easy to work with, willing to assist, and he treated me like family, even though the dealership is a long way from Corpus Christi, Texas. After working with him over a couple phone calls it only took a day to make up my mind. Once I committed the service didnt stop. He seemed to put himself in my position, sending me photographs of the bike, and answering every question and staying on top of the deal from start to finish. Staying on top included getting your Yamaha representative to find me the silencers I wanted and get them there in a short period of time. No small effort.You know, people buy from people. They may link through the internet, and they may be happy with placing an order on a web site for some items, but for big ticket items and emotional purchases, they want to talk to someone who seems to view the transactions as important as they do. Brian did that, from start to finish, and is still answering various questions.Also, hats off to Daily Direct Delivery. The bike arrived in the same condition as it left your place. "Two snowmobile seasons ago, I was looking for a Yamaha Apex LTX GT....without much luck. It seems that Yamaha thought just because America was going through an economic hard time, it was a good idea to cut sled production by seventy percent. Oh well, Glenn Curtiss Mototorsports had one but they were in Wisconsin and I in New York. Brian S. bent over backwards to help me get the sled i wanted. The guys there fielded all my stupid questions and repeated phone calls and were really great. When the sled got to me it was exactly as advertised and in much better shape than I thought it would be, for a 2008 with 1500 miles on it, (hey I was buying it having only seen pics online). Anyways these guys did such a great job and were so patient with me that I'm now returning to them to buy a Yamaha generator and will be purchasing another Yamaha sled in the near future.
